Returns & Refunds

Our promise

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on standard (non-custom) sizes, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, with tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@slmoto.com with your order number.
2. We’ll send a prepaid, insured return label and instructions.
3. Drop off your parcel — once received and checked, we process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the return. You’ll get an email at every step.

Custom & made-to-measure orders

Because they’re made to your exact specification, custom pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. If a custom order arrives with a fault, contact us straight away and we’ll repair or replace it.
