Dispatch & delivery times

Most pieces are handcrafted to order. Your item is made and dispatched within 5–6 working days, then delivered in 5–7 working days with full tracking. Custom-made orders may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated by email.

Where we ship

We ship across the United Kingdom and the European Union. Carriers are DHL and FedEx, fully insured in transit.

Costs, VAT & duties

Delivery is free on every order.
Prices are shown in GBP with VAT included — the price you see is the price you pay.
For EU destinations, any applicable duties are handled so there are no surprise charges on arrival.
